Title: Automation of Strategic HR Systems Payoff

Larry O'Keefe, the Strategic Account Manager at Ultimate Software Group, Inc. will present "Automation of Strategic HR Systems Payoff". This presentation will help HR professionals identify contemporary strategic HR initiatives and how these items can be justified on a transactional level. Larry will also share some of his company's best practices and information about its employee centric approach, which has resulted in many awards including "Best Companies to Work for in America" and "SSPA Star Awards in Managing People category". Because strategic HR initiatives are relevant to every HR professional, Larry's combination of concrete automation metrics along with proven HR best practices should be valuable information for all.
Larry has 22 years of experience in the Human Resources field and previously represented Oracle, ADP, and Keane Consulting. Larry is the former President of HR Selections and has his B.S. Management from Siena College in Loundonville, NY. Larry has previously spoken at the National Benefits and Welfare Conference, Regional Human Resource and Payroll Associations, and HR consulting firms.

HR Florida State Council Scholarship
|

The HR Florida State Council is proudly sponsoring its annual Student Scholarship Award. HR Florida would like to give away scholarship money to assist undergraduate or graduate students with tuition and/or books. The scholarship is to encourage undergraduate and graduate students preparing for work in the field of Human Resource Management. The scholarship award is $1,000 and available for eligible students enrolled in an active affiliated SHRM college or university in the state of Florida. All submissions must be postmarked by June 30, 2008.
